Review of Indianapolis Colts NFL Style Twin/Full 72x86 Comforter Set - NFL Football

Once I received this product, I could not believe the poor quality.I packed the item all up to return and when I looked at the packing slip on how to return the item, there wasn't any.I called the number provided to me on the packing slip, which was not a 1-800 number, but a long distance number.Called several times, no one answered so I left a message asking them to please instruct me on how to return the item.They kept calling me back, but not leaving me instructions on how to return the item.Finally, I just took a chance and mailed the item back to one of the addresses. (Yes, there were two, one on the shipping label, one on the packing slip)After several weeks later, I did not see my item credited to my acct.I called the company several times again, with no answer on the other end.I called Amazon, they told me it could take up to 4 weeks, but if I did not receive it.After several threatening phone calls later to the company, I did receive my credit less the shipping fee and a restocking fee which they do not disclose to you only in the return email they send you.So twenty less dollars or more and several phone calls which cost me money,I got my credit.
