I have looked for over 2 years for a quality down pillow to replace my 10 year old one (which I have loved!). After several trials & errors, I think I have found a new "best friend"!I ordered a standard firm & it is firm- yet soft. Bounces right back to a fluffy, full pillow. I would suggest the standard size for side sleepers, as it can easily be "maneuvered" to the "perfect" position. An extra plus ~the pillow is washable & comes with an separate washable cover. I love it, & believe me, you will not find a down pillow with this much down fill at any price!
